Glow Leadership Program

At Glow Church, one of our core values is that leadership is our mandate. We are committed to raising, equipping, and releasing future leaders for the Kingdom. In alignment with this vision, the Glow leadership team has created a unique program: the Glow Leadership Program (GLP). This program is specifically designed to prepare leaders for their future in ministry and leadership.

As a member of GLP, you will be challenged and stretched in every area of your life as you grow in your leadership journey. The program includes training in team building, time management, self-leadership, connect group leadership, people care, communication, and other ministry-specific skills. Additionally, you will be personally discipled by a member of the Glow staff or key leadership team. You'll also gain behind-the-scenes insight into ministry life, with opportunities to participate in practical staff activities and attend select staff meetings.
