What are the dates of the conference?

Wed PM kick off at 7pm
Thurs & Friday 9.30am-1pm and again from 6pm

I want to volunteer at Glow Conference – do I need to organise a ticket?

Yes please! We would love everyone who wants to be at conference to register. Select the volunteer registration type.

I would love to come to Glow Conference but I can’t afford it – can you help?

Please speak to either your connect group leader, team leader, a pastor or email us at [email protected] – we will do what we can to assist. We are praying everyone who wants to be at conference can attend and we will help where we can.

Will the conference be live-streamed? I can’t be there in person…

Unfortunately no, the conference won’t be live- streamed.

Will there be breaks in the schedule?

Yes! We will make sure there is ample time for coffee & snack breaks, lunch, comfort breaks and dinner. Our family & community hangs around the conference are important! Full schedule to come!

Where will I park at the conference?

There is a council carpark on site with a rate of $15 per entry for parking.

Is there a Kids Conference?

Yes! You can register your child (18 months and up to year 6) into our Glow Kids Conference. There will be lots of fun elements to Glow Kids - worship, the word, discipleship programmes and other fun surprises. Your kids will walk away having had a GREAT time and a GOD time.
For under 18 months and not yet ready for a conference experience and babies, we will have a parent’s room and a family room.

Is there a parent’s room or feeding facilities?

Yes! We will have a fantastic and plush parent’s room – we will put a lot of effort into making this a fabulous experience for parents who need to utilise the room. There will be a good quality live feed, great sound, comfy chairs, feeding stations, etc to make it a very comfortable experience while still feeling part of the conference.

Is there a special needs access?

Yes, there is! The GCCEC is a state-of-the-art convention centre with accessible parking, ramps, lifts and even a sensory room for those needing that service. If this is you, please email us at [email protected] or add it to your booking so we can be aware of your specific needs and concerns – we would love to do our best to accommodate your requirements, and make this a wonderful experience for you.

Will you be doing night tickets for the evening sessions or 1 day conference tickets?

It is possible that we will release night tickets or 1 day tickets closer to the conference time – please stay tuned and we will release that information closer to the conference date.

Are refunds available? If I book now and then can’t come, what do I do?

Please email [email protected] as soon as you need to make a change or if you can’t come. We will help either refund your ticket (minus the $45 cancellation fee) or you can transfer your ticket to someone free of charge.

Is my ticket transferable to someone else?

Yes, it is! Email us at [email protected] and we will help you out.

Will you be offering AUSLAN interpretation?
